6th Grade Graduation Pizza Party at Sky Zone in Cerritos
You must fill out the RSVP form and waivers below if you would like your child to participate
Friday, June 4th
12:30 – 4 pm
- You may drop off students between 12:30 – 1 pm to check-in, turn in waivers, listen to rules, etc.
- Pick up time is no later than 4 pm
We understand this can be very inconvenient, but ALL STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK.
We also understand that graduation is an exciting time for families and a reason to celebrate, however, due to social distancing and safety precautions, parents, siblings, friends, or other family members WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND the party.
If you are okay with the above conditions and would like your 6th grader to attend, YOU MUST DO THESE 3 THINGS, otherwise, we will not be able to accommodate their visit:
- Complete this RSVP form and agree to the terms by Monday, May 31
