About Stephen Foster Elementary PTA

The national PTA, in which we are a part, has a mission to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. Our PTA’s nationwide network provides parents with the forum and tools to collectively influence the decisions that affect children not only at Stephen Foster, but also through the Bellflower School District, the state of California, and across the nation.
