Everything You Need To Know About The Fall 2019 Fundraiser

The Fall 2019 fundraiser is here and your child should have taken home a fundraiser packet on Friday, August 30, 2019. We encourage all families to participate so we are working with Kids First Fundraising to offer some pretty cool incentives for the kids like a DJ party, Game Truck, and so much more.

The last day to turn in orders is Monday, September 16, 2019.

DO NOT sell door-to-door or to strangers!

Why We Need to Fundraise

The Fall fundraiser is very important because it helps us bring in money to cover most of our expenses such as field trip buses and programs like Meet the Masters, Trunk-Or-Treat, Family Night, Field Day, Grandparent’s Day, and much more.

Paper Order Forms

Each student went home with a fundraiser packet which included the catalogs, information about the incentives, and a paper order form. If you misplaced the order form or catalog, you can get one from the office. Or, you may choose to place your order online.

Please stay safe and do not sell door-to-door or to strangers.

Online Orders Available

Free shipping is available for all orders delivered to the school. Free shipping on any order over $75 delivered to your home.

Do not add online orders to your paper order form.

How to Shop Online

  1. Visit https://www.kidsarefirstfundraising.com/
  2. Click on “Students Register Online”
  3. Register with the group ID SFOST77 and you will be given a seller ID which is how your student will get credit for the sales

Other things to note:

  • DO NOT add online orders to the paper order form
  • Share the website and seller ID with family and friends so they can purchase items, too
  • Shipping to the school is free
  • Shipping to your home is free on orders over $75

How To Donate Without Buying Any Items

Each $12 donation is the equivalent of 1 item sold and will count toward prizes. Use the code #900 on the order form to make a monetary donation.

Incentives Students Earn Immediately

In addition to the prizes the students will receive for reaching certain sales goals when the fundraiser is over, we are working with Kids Are First Fundraising to offer the students additional incentives.

Students have the opportunity to win prizes immediately when they sell 1, 3, 6, 10 or 12 items.

Once they’ve sold 1, 3, 6, 10, or 12 items, turn in the corresponding incentive coupon to receive an award AND be entered in the Thunder Lion lucky class drawing. We will accept tickets daily from Tuesday, September 3 to Monday, September, 16.

Class prizes

The lower-grade and upper-grade class who brings in the most coupons daily will receive a playground ball for their class to keep and they will get to keep the Thunder Lion for the day.

1 Item Sold

Students who sell 1 item will receive a team up for world kindness lanyard PLUS a super hero team character. Coupons for 1 item sold will be accepted daily until Monday, September 16 and will count toward the daily class prize drawing.

3 Items Sold

Students who sell 3 items will receive an additional super hero team character to add to their lanyard. Coupons for 3 items sold will be accepted daily until Monday, September 16 and will count toward the daily class prize drawing.

6 Items Sold

Students who sell 6 items will receive an additional super hero team character to add to their lanyard. Coupons for 6 items sold will be accepted daily until Monday, September 16 and will count toward the daily class prize drawing.

10 Items Sold

Students who sell 10 items will receive an additional super hero team character to add to their lanyard. Coupons for 10 items sold will be accepted daily until Monday, September 16 and will count toward the daily class prize drawing.

12 Items Sold

Students who sell 12 items will receive an additional super hero team character to add to their lanyard. Coupons for 12 items sold will be accepted daily until Monday, September 16 and will count toward the daily class prize drawing.

Incentives Students Receive After The Fundraiser Is Over

Mega Prize Drawing

Students can win a TV, Amazon gift card, Nintendo Switch, Sony Playstation, Xbox, or Disneyland tickets in the Mega Prize Drawing. To enter, sell 1 item or register online (group ID SFOST77) and send 5 emails to friends and family with your unique seller ID to notify them of this fundraiser.

The Mega Prize Drawing entries are combines amongst all schools that are working with Kids Are First Fundraising. A total of 6 prizes will be given away.

Prizes For Reaching Sales Goals

Students have the opportunity to earn many different prizes for reaching various sales goals. These items will be given to the student once the fundraiser is over. You can see the items in the “Prizes You Can Earn” brochure that was included in the packet. If you misplaced it, you can pick up a replacement fundraiser packet in the office.

DJ Party

Students who sell 9 items or more, will enjoy a fun dance party with a DJ during school hours.

An invitation with more details will be given to students who reach this goal by the end of November or early December.

Game Truck

Students who sell 12 items or more, will enjoy a fun dance party with a DJ AND have the opportunity to play in a game truck. These events will be held on different days but during school hours.
