we want to make the 2021-2022 yearbook extra special for your family
As with all the yearbooks in the past, we will be at each event and school function to take photos, but we would like to give families the opportunity to have some of their photos included in the 2021-2022 yearbook as well. This post will give you all the details.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that all the photos that you submit will be included, but we will make every effort to include as many as possible.
Instructions on how to submit photos
Please email the photos you’d like to include to yearbook@stephenfosterpta.com and include the following information:
- Subject Line of Email: Name of Event
- Body of Email: Your name, the name of everyone in the photos, your child’s grade, and your child’s class.
- If you haven’t already submitted the photography release form, you may include that as well. You do not need to include it if you already turned it in.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your photos will be included, but we will make every attempt to include as many as possible.
We are attempting to make this process as streamlined as possible, so do not text or send your yearbook photos via Facebook or Instagram. Those photos will not be included.
